Sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your workout session. We get it! Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our wellness professionals/ partners, so we appreciate you canceling in advance when you’re able to. For many of our wellness professionals/ partners, filling reserved sessions is important not only for their business but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend.
Late Cancel:
You’re always able to cancel a livestream session or experience 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits/ money you used to book the class will be automatically returned to your account.
Missed Class:
If you miss a livestream session or experience you have booked, any credits/ money used towards that reservation will be forfeited.
Late Cancel:
In-person reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits/ money you used to book the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time, a late cancellation fee up to $10, will be charged for select reservations. From time to time we may review or update these fees, and if we do this will be indicated to you before you make a class booking.
Missed Class:
If you miss an in-person reservation without canceling, the credits used to book will be automatically forfeited as a missed reservation fee on select reservations if a cancellation is not made prior to start time. From time to time we may review or update these fees, and if we do this will be indicated to you before you make a reservation booking.
Applicable late cancel and missed reservation fees will be noted in the booking experience, reservation cancellation confirmation pop-up, and reservation confirmation email you receive after successfully booking a class. Incurred fees will be charged and appear on your bank statement 7-10 business days after the reservation date.
